Job Requisition Security Profile for Hiring Manager

Hi,

i have requirement where Hiring Manager only can see their organization when creating job requisition. I already create the job requisition security profile like below. But how i set this security to hiring manager? Because hiring manager is abstract role and can't create the data role from abstract role. Please advice
