PO Deliver Transaction Business Event is not sending Lot/Serial details in the payload

Team,
We have enabled Receiving Paramters to enable the Business events and in OIC created a subscrition for 'Create Deliver Transaction Event' Business event.
Subseuently, we are getting the instances (payloads) for every PO Deliery transaction, but the payloads do not have any Lot/Serial details of the item being received.
As the item being transacted/delivered is Lot/Serial controlled, hence it is expected to have these values in the payload. Are we missing anything here?
