Review Duplicates Providing Inaccurate Duplicates

Summary:

We recently changed over to redwood and upgraded to 25C, we are seeing some issues with the merging functionality.

  1. Inaccurate duplicates are being flagged when using the review Duplicates Action. The only Match for the candidates is the 'Candidate Type' being External and that they are in the same Candidate Pool. No real personal information matches. You can see in the below screenshot, that none of the personal info was flagged as a match it is not the same.
