Extract Rule Fast Formula does not pull value, your help is highly appreciated

Hello fast formula experts 😁,

I am not experienced in building Fast Formulas, so your help will be highly appreciated. Code does not pull any value in the extract. Formula use the GET_VALUE_SET function.

I know logging is possible, but I am not familiar how to enable and read. The GET_CONTEXT might also be a 'strategy', but I am unfortunately not (yet) familiar with that.

If I run a SQL query with parameter values as in the value set the correct input value returns.

VALUE SET:

Value set: SIN_KANTINE_PROJECT
FROM Clause: PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VALUES_F
