Candidate stuck in Offer - Draft after the merge

Summary:

When a merge is taking place after the original offer is accepted on an external candidate record, the normal process was for the offer to be redrafted, the action to be updated, then when they submit the redrafted offer a pop up asks the HR person if they would like to move the record directly to HR. After updating to Redwood, recruiters are unable to move the candidate to HR after the offer is redrafted when they submit and click Yes on the pop up, the page loads but the offer remains in Offer - Draft rather than moving it
