Mass update of Dashboard and launch Dashboard on login in users UI

Summary:

Team, we developed a dashboard to use it as a banner to let the users know the blackout timings for doing transactions. So this dashboard needs to be added to multiple users during that time frame and then remove it again.

Currently there is no API-patch resource to update Dashboard and launch Dashboard on login on users

Or through input interface, init stage interface for users these fields(Dashboard and launch Dashboard on login) are not exposed in the payload for the Post resource.

Can you help me to see a way to mass update the Dashboard and launch Dashboard on login on the users screen.
