Does EDM support multiple ledgers in one ERP instance?

The client is establishing multiple ledgers within their new ERP implementation, and intends for each ledger to only include a unique subset of the complete chart of accounts. Is there a mechanism to support this in EDM? (i.e. for native exports to be ledger-specific)
