25C-New privilege added in Oracle Quality Management Cloud Service after upgrade to 25C

Summary:
As part of upgrade 25C, we have observed that the following new privileges have been added to below respective roles:
Access Intelligent Agent Chat (HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV) is added to the role "Quality Engineer (ORA_ENQ_QUALITY_ENGINEER_JOB)"
We’ve reviewed the available 25C release documentation but couldn’t find any reference to these specific updates from 25c.
We'd appreciate some insight into the reasoning behind these additions, along with a link or reference to the relevant Oracle documentation if available.
