BOM Change Orders are stuck at Submitted for Approval

Hello,

As part of the annual maintenance activity, the Business team recently submitted around 3,000 change orders for BOM modifications. All these change orders are currently stuck in the "Submitted for Approval" status. Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a workaround to resolve it? Your suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
