Permanent to temporary address issue ORC

Summary:

As per our client requirement When they make an offer of employment to a temporary worker, they need to change the address from the Office address (which we hold on the person record in lieu of no home address) when the employee becomes permanent employee, they provide them with there home address this address change doesn't appear through ORC in offer letter. Is this expected functionality or what is the solution to fetch employee home address in offer letter.
