Offer Letter- compensation plan values not displaying in offer letter.

We have an issue , in offer letter preview and even when we download the offer letter other compensation plan’ values’ are not displaying.

At RTF level we have added tokens and at rtf level -HTML view also showing up data.

But in offer letter the values are not displaying. We have added all required seeded roles but still issue.

Could you please guide us. Thanks
