Oracle Recruiting Cloud – Workflow Notifications Not Translating to User’s Language

In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, workflow notifications (FYI and approval requests) displayed in the global header remain in English even when the user’s language is set to French. Other notifications, such as those from Alert Composer, translate correctly.

Details:
We’ve verified that user preferences, correspondence language, and environment language settings are all correctly set to French. Alert Composer and UI translations work as expected, but BPM workflow notifications in the bell icon don’t follow the user’s language preference.

Question:
How can we configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud so that workflow notifications in the global header use the user’s preferred language (e.g., French) like other notifications do?
