Shipment status not getting updated to Manifested

We have completed all the prerequisite setups for Carrier manifest, but when running the ESS job: Send Manifest request, it is not picking up the Shipment.

  1. Manage shipping parameter: Enable Carrier Manifesting checked
  2. Manage Carrier: Manifesting Enabled checked
  3. Created SO with this carrier
  4. Pick Released the shipment line
  5. Packed the shipment line
  6. Executed ESS: Send Manifest request

» Shipment not getting picked by the ESS job, shipment status not getting changed to Manifested.

Attached is the testing document regarding the same.

Could you please help confirm what could be the issue here.
