Incorrect ETC Revenue Amounts in Forecasts

Summary:

I have setup a contract that has a start and end date 01-Aug-2025, 31-Mar-2026, also aligning to the project it is associated in the contract line.

Current period is Oct-25. This contract has just one line and I have associated a project and a task, funded amount £340,000. Contract line amount is £340,000 and has a hard limit of £340,000. There is an actual revenue £246,506.17 until prior period.

I generated a forecast with actual amount through attribute set to “prior period”, I would’ve expected the remaining revenue (£93,494) to be evenly divided across remaining periods (approx.) = £15,582, as per PRBS setup.

However, the system spreads the contract line (project funded) amount evenly across the remaining period = £56,666.67.
