Notifications not appear in Candidate Selection Process configuration - Add Send Notification

In ORC, when attempting to add the “Send Notification” action, the notifications don’t appear. We’ve created an “Automated Job Application Notification” in the Recruiting Content Library and ran the “Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions” process, but it didn’t work. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any ideas on how to resolve it?
