Redwood: unable to add minimum proficiency level in job profile redwood page

Hi all,

we have enabled the Redwood UI for the Core HR and Profile management and we are facing an issue on the Job profile page. If we try to edit a job profile by adding a new competency, the minimum proficiency level is not editable. 

Could someone help us to resolve this issue? Is it a bug?
