Track Changes on VBS -Report or View Option

We are looking for an option to Track VBS changes done after Adopting Redwood UI.

Sample Use Case:

At the time of Redwood UI go live we would have changed some fields to Visible, Hidden or made Required and after few months we would have reverted back the changes done during go live or done new changes. So, the expectation is we should be able to see the changes as below - it can be a report from VBS or View History option in VBS screen.
