Disabling Oracle Recruiting Shortlinks for Candidate Notifications – Is It Possible?

We recently encountered an issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud related to candidate notification links

In candidate notifications, Oracle appears to dynamically generate short links for candidate-facing notifications(e.g., job offers, interview invites), using a pattern like:

https://[domain]/s/[code]

These short links are resolved at runtime and redirect to the appropriate destination (e.g., offer details, interview scheduling, etc.). However, due to routing issues in our environment we attempted to do a rewrite rule - but it is failing because we do not know all of the pieces of the short link.
