PO is not available on redwood ASN page

Summary:

PO is not available on redwood ASN page, unless ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with parameter "fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts" has been run every time.

We have already run the ESS Job - create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with parameter "fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts" as part of initial adaption of Redwood ASN Page.

But, when new PO's are being created then those PO's are not available on redwood ASN page(Ship Purchase Order). i.e PO's are not getting sync to redwood page unless explicitly able job being run(as per our observation).
