In Oracle Fusion Applications, we can search for Departments, and the system shows the associated Cost Center information from the GL Key Flexfields.

Is it possible to do the reverse — search by Cost Center and see the related Department details?
If not directly, is there any way to achieve this using APIs or another approach?
