Unable to parse th Payload in Post Payload in AI

Summary:

I am trying to Create a new Bank Branch or new lookup code for a lookup type.

Using Post method as below

But Input Query string is formed as below which shows wrong

Provide input in different Manner, With Parameter name="Value"Paramatername="Value",

Only Values with comma separated etc

But Body template below is formed wrongly.Please help
