Linking critical jobs to be used in determining the match rate between the candidate and the job
Is there any chance to linking critical jobs to the following inputs to be used in determining the match rate between the candidate and the job:
- The main and sub job family related to the actual role, not the job title.
- The required job grades.
- The career path (leadership, supervisory, technical, diplomatic, specialized, support) based on the actual role, not the job title.
- The required competencies and the proficiency level for each competency
- The required qualifications and experience (to be provided as predefined dropdown lists to facilitate matching with the suitable candidate, e.g.:
- Qualification (Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD)
