Grade rate based on department

Hi Team,

We have a scenario where the client wants to define grade rates based on both grade and department.
For example, if an employee is in Grade 01 and belongs to the HR department, their grade range would differ from another employee who is also in Grade 01 but works in the Finance department.

Employee A :

Grade = 01

Department= HR

Grade Rate : Minimum = 10000 & Maximum = 15000

Employee B:

Grade = 01

Department = Finance

Grade rate : Minimum = 20000 & Maximum - 25000
