Error VRM-3765385 - Missing satisfaction plan attributes in revenue management
I have uploaded the customer contract source documents using FBDI and executed the following programs:
1.Validate Customer Contract Source Data
2.Identify Customer Contracts
However, when I query the contract in Revenue Management, I encounter the following error, and no details appear under satisfaction events:
Error: One or more satisfaction plan attributes are missing (VRM-3765385)
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that the contract can be accounted?
