Process learning records is not fetching the OTBI analysis report

in Learning

Summary:

Created learning initiative with analysis report and scheduled the Process learning records. But it is not assigning the specialization to the new hires.

Showing the following error in the log

Note: there is a column person ID in the report along with other data
