Approval status change emails do not contain month information. Is it possible to add it?

Summary:

We have turned on the approval status change email notification for our users. The email notification shows the scenario and entity, however, the month is not added. During Budget and Forecast business processes, we submit mulitple periods at a very short period. The reviewer does not know which month the submission is related to.
