Need API or Scheduled Process to Submit "Request Time Change" Regularizations in Oracle Fusion HCM

We are currently using the Oracle HCM REST API (/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/timeRecordEventRequests) to create time change regularizations for employees. While the API successfully creates the time entries, they appear in the "Request Time Change" page with the status "Regularization Saved" and are not submitted for approval.

Our requirement is to

  • Submit the regularization directly via API or scheduled process.
  • Ensure the time entry reflects as "Submitted" and not just saved.

We would like to know:

  1. Is there a scheduled process available in Oracle Fusion HCM to submit these saved regularizations in bulk for request time change?
  2. Is there a REST API
