Issue with Retrieving "Workforce Scheduling - Workforce Schedule Real Time" subject area in OTBI

Hi ,

We have a client requirement to identify the scheduled number of working days using OTBI. For this purpose, we are utilizing the subject area: Workforce Scheduling - Workforce Schedule Real Time.

However, we are currently unable to retrieve data related to scheduled shifts. Despite assigning all the necessary roles and privileges as outlined in the Oracle documentation below, the scheduled shift data is still not appearing:

  2. Oracle Documentation - DOC 1

Could someone please help me in this set up.
