Issue with Project Attributes Disabled in Internal Purchase Requisition

Hi,

I’m facing an issue where the Project Attributes fields in the Internal Purchase Requisition are getting disabled for specific items. This occurs when the Inventory Organization is different.

Could you please advise if there’s any configuration I might have missed?
I’ve attached the screenshots for your reference.
