How can we have creation date as matching rule condition

Summary:
We want creation date of transaction as an attribute in Rule condition. In filter condition how can we have creation date as a comparison between system date.

We are trying to match the transactions between Bank and GL where the creation date of Bank is not same as creation date of GL transaction. We want to filter out on transactions which are before/after today (system date).
