Remove Person Information - Warning Message and Few other clarifications

Summary:

We are using Remove Person Information for about 500 records who are terminated and in that for few records - about 200 we are getting the below warning, however we are not sure on this as they don't have any schedule assignment for the records.

Also, for the record where the process is removing information is not removing information for the family contacts - is it expected behavior and what is the way to clear the family contact information along with the employee record - it could be remove or masking as ZZZZZ
