Need details on how commitment get impacted based on Purchase order status

Summary:

  1. When PO is created - Incomplete status - Should Project commitment get impacted?
  2. When PO is Final closed should the outstanding amount which is not received and invoiced get automatically released in case budgetary control is not enabled.
  3. If PO is cancelled will the commitment reflect the cancelled amount getting deducted from it?
