Disable Transparent Ad Hoc Window

in EPM Platform and Freeform 3 comments

How do I disable this window shown by the red arrow that is normally transparent until you hover over it? This window is always in the way. Buttons belong on the ribbon or in a right-click menu, not over top of data within the spreadsheet.
