FRS Report is opening in multiple tabs for some users and not for others. Is there a specific setup?

Hello,

We have created a consolidated FRS report for one of our clients and when the user downloads the report, it opens in multiple tabs in excel for one users. For other users, the report opens in a single report. We would like for the report to open in multiple tabs as it would be easier for the user to review and use.

Is there a specific setup in Excel or FRS reports that could dictate this behavior?
