Data recorded at "FCCS_Balance" account

in Financial Consolidation and Close 4 comments

Hi Experts,

I need some help on understanding the behavior of the Account “FCCS_Balance” - Balance and how this is calculated in back end:

Below is the background of the case:

  1. “Dec-FY24” - YTD balances are loaded into FCCS via flat files and data is loaded at “FCCS_Mvmts_NetIncome” member.

But in FCCS system, I see that data is recorded for Account “FCCS_Balance” member at “FCCS_Mvmts_OtherCurrentLiabilities”. Data was never loaded for this account member vs Movement member combination

Not sure how this data is seen at FCCS_Balance / FCCS_Mvmts_OtherCurrentLiabilities.

2. Data is loaded to Jan-FY25 via flat files. Closing balances of Dec-FY24 is now Opening balance for Jan-FY25. These movements are happening fine.
