Is it possible to run Update Preparer and Requester for Specific Requisition Only

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We need to update the requester and preparer of some requisition that we have for one Requester. We know we have the Update Preparer and Requester Job but if we run this it will be process for all Requisition under the requester and this is not what we needed, what we just need is for specific Requisition under this requester.

Is there a way to achieve this using this Job or other option?
