Place a link button with a built-in URL in CPQ

I have the following questions.

There has been a request to place a link to Fusion reports on CPQ.
So, for example, I would like to place a link as a button on CPQ orders.
Is it possible to place a link with a specified URL as a button?

Or if there are any other ways to set up a link, please let me know.
