How can employees enter dependents’ passport and visa details in ESS in Oracle HCM Cloud?

We are using Oracle HCM Cloud and currently employees can add their own passport and visa details through Identification Info in ESS.
However, we also want employees to enter dependents’ passport and visa information (spouse and children) directly from the ESS page.

  1. Is there any standard functionality for this in Oracle HCM Cloud?
  2. If not, what is the recommended approach?
    • Should we use Document of Record for dependents?
    • Or customize the Family and Emergency Contacts page using DFF ?
