Business rules written are not working post clone for Add Pending Worker in Redwood

Hello All,

Business rules written are not working for Add Pending Worker in oracle fusion hcm in Redwood post clone. It was working perfectly fine before clone in EEFJ POD.

Recently, EEFJ was cloned from Production adn the Add Pending Worker page in Redwood isnt working according to the Business Rules written. The Business Rules are present and are correct but they are not triggered as expected.
