Redwood - Provide Feedback Requisition Details field can be hidden?

Since the Provide Feedback has been used Redwood since 25C, and the Feedback Respondent is able to click the Candidate and Job Requisition to view the details.

However, we would like to check whether use the Visual Builder to hide some of the field?

Or is it possible to not allow the feedback respondent to click the candidate or job requisition. Thank you
