Error When Creating a New Department via “Manage in Spreadsheet” FND_FLEX_SEG_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST

Hi,

I’m trying to create a new department using the ‘Manage in Spreadsheet’ functionality within Manage Departments, but it’s failing with the following error:

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-FND:::FND_FLEX_SEG_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: Cost Center 39213 is not in the list.."

However, I’m able to manually add the Cost Center 39213 to a different department, why does the uploader not like it ?
