RSSP: Punchout reqs for items with missing UNSPSC code mappings do not give useful error message

Summary:

When raising a punchout requisition in Classic Procurement, if there was a missing UNSPSC code to Purchasing Category mapping the line would be added to the requisition and you would receive an error message that stated what the missing UNSPSC code was when trying to submit the requisition.

However, in RSSP if a mapping is missing the line is not created on the requisition at all and you do not get an error message stating what the missing UNSPSC code is. The message states the item description only. Error received is:

"None of the items were added from the external store."
