Data role issue

Hi team,

when i enter a data role from qa "data roles and security profiles" i receive this error:

"Your role's data access will reflect prior security access that may have been copied, or inadvertently created on the SDB - HR Specialist role through the security console. Continuing will impact your data access. Cancel to investigate."

Can anyone explain what this means exactly and how to solve this?
