Balance Type, "Encumbrance" in Projects ADFDi

Can we have Balance Type, "Encumbrance" in Projects ADFDi. The Sub-Ledger journal entry in Project gives the option of Balance Type "Encumbrance", but doesn't have option to tag project.

So if ADFDi can have the option of Balance Type "Encumbrance", then it will be good option when customer is using "Standard Accrual with Encumbrance".
