Control logic missing in advanced financial control subject area outputs

Technically the logic is not missing but it seems to be something off with the data model which brings completeness and accuracy into question. Create a simple analytic on the subject area just pull the control name, description and control logic column. I did this for a brand new environment with Oracle's own "seeded" controls. See 30002 for just 1 example

The output report was to be used to talk through controls however the control logic is missing from many of the controls in the report. I thought possibly it was a length thing but using a substr function didnt fix it.
