Our Customer is looking for a dedicated mail relay when enabling DKIM/SPF for Outbound email Notifications from specific sender email for Oracle ERP SaaS environments. Customers concern is that if its a shared Oracle mail relay, whitelisting it in Customer SPF could allow other applications using the same mail relay to send messages originating from customer domain. Does Oracle use dedicated mail relay or shared one for Oracle ERP SaaS applications. If so how can this request be made?
