How to prevent employees from editing/deleting a specific address type

Summary:

We’re trying to figure out the best way to restrict employees from editing or deleting a specific address type. We plan to create a new address type called Work Address on the person record, and we only want HR to have the ability to update or delete it. Employees should still be able to edit their Home Address and other personal address types, so removing the edit button altogether isn’t an option. We’re on Redwood for the employee view, but for HR we still use Person Management. It would be ideal if we can restrict visibility to this one address
