How to use Contract custom fields in the Contract Preview RTF template?

Summary:

We have many custom fields on Contract Object and we want to use those fields in rtf template. I understand we can create User Variables and use those in the Terms Template. But what I need is Contract custom fields in the Contract Preview RTF template.

Is this possible? Can anyone help here.
