Bank account not appearing under payment settlement when creating payment instrument

We are configuring virtual card functionality for our customer, defining payment instrument is one of the steps where we are unable to add bank account under payment settlement details tab.
Please suggest how to add existing bank account for the same or do we need to create a new one?
