How to monitor API calls against IDCS domains?

Hello,

maybe someone has an idea on how to monitor IDCS API calls (especially OAuth requests) to our IDCS domain. Since OIC Gen3 OAuth authentication for calling e.g. Integrations involves OAuth authentication. IAM has limits of how much API calls you can make per Sec or Minute depending on on kind of API call and depending on your IAM type. If you his the the threshold you get HTTP 429 error.

So does anybody know a way on how to monitor the actual API calls in OCI console (or any other Oracle provided way to get to the counts?).
